All servers are provided free of charge
Resources such as CPU, RAM, disk space, and uptime are limited

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use HelvexHosting for:

Illegal activities
Malware, viruses, or botnets
DDoS attacks or network abuse
Hosting prohibited, harmful, or copyrighted content
Excessive resource abuse that impacts other users

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

5. Server Data and Deletion

Servers may be automatically deleted due to inactivity, abuse, or technical reasons
HelvexHosting is not responsible for data loss
Users are responsible for backing up their own data

6. Beta Disclaimer

HelvexHosting is in Beta:

Bugs, downtime, and data loss may occur
Features may change or be removed at any time
Service stability is not guaranteed

7. Account and Access

You are responsible for all activity under your Discord account
Sharing, selling, or transferring servers without permission is prohibited

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate any account or server
Remove content or restrict access
Take action at any time, with or without notice, for any reason

9. Limitation of Liability

HelvexHosting is not liable for:

Data loss
Downtime or service interruptions
Loss of gameplay progress or profits
Indirect or consequential damages
